This seller never replied to messages, poor communication, the tops were poor quality after waiting long time with no communication, these are also small sizes, I’m a Large this was closer to my sons size which is small mans, the tops were poorly made mis shapen, sadly they have been thrown away as they were unwearable, which was a shame as I was really looking forward to receiving them. I hope this was a one off bad experience other customers have better luck
Bag arrived completely bent. The straps were so bent the bag cannot be used. I contacted the seller and was basically told that the bag is “cheap” pu material. I’ve ordered bags made of pu from other sellers and they were perfect. This bag also had a strong chemical smell. Seller was not reasonable. I contacted dispute department. In the end, I was refunded $5 which is a lot less than what I paid but probably a lot more than what the cheap bag is worth. I will not be purchasing anything from this seller again. The bag went in the garbage.
